🔷General Order Return Conditions
- The customer must inspect the package for any visible damage when receiving the order from the Oriental Pink courier or postal service. If physical damage is detected, the customer must refuse to accept the package.
- Any tampering with the product, including usage, damage, unsealing, or tearing of labels, will prevent the product from being returned. Therefore, before opening or using the product, please check the expiration date, product compatibility with your order, and other factors that may lead to order cancellation.
- Returns for non-sealed cosmetic and hygiene products are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
- After receiving the product in the warehouse, the quality control department will check the issue reported by the customer. If the problem is verified, the product will be exchanged or refunded (shipping costs will be covered by Oriental Pink). If the issue is not confirmed, the product will be sent back to the customer, and the customer will bear the shipping cost.
- Please note that any costs and consequences of returning a product without prior notification and coordination with Oriental Pink support will be the responsibility of the customer.
- All products sold at Oriental Pink store come with a product authenticity label.
♻️ 30-Day Product Return Guarantee
- You may return the product(s) within 30 days after using the product(s) recommended by an Oriental Pink consultant if you are not satisfied. You will receive a replacement product that is more suitable for your skin type or concern at no additional cost.
Defective Product
- If there is any defect in the product received, customers must notify Oriental Pink support within 24 hours (one day after receiving the product). After reviewing the issue, the support team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Product Mismatch with Order
- If the received product does not match the information on the website, the customer must notify support within 24 hours (one day after receiving the product). The support team will conduct an initial review and guide you through the return and refund process.
Missing Product Authenticity Label
- If the product is missing the authenticity label, the return process will be initiated according to the conditions.
🔷 Return Shipping Cost
- If the product is defective or does not match the order, the return shipping cost will be covered by Oriental Pink. Please send the shipping receipt or courier invoice to Oriental Pink support via WhatsApp after returning the product. Without the shipping receipt, the return shipping cost cannot be refunded.
Refund
- The refund will be processed within 48 hours after the product is received in the warehouse and the issue reported by the customer is verified. To process the refund, please provide your bank card number, which must match the name of the person who placed the order.
